Slope rating is only the first filter

Require a published slope capability comfortably above the measured grade and read the fine print for boundary or edge limits. A headline maximum may not apply everywhere in the map.

Traction and transitions decide real-world performance

Driven-wheel count, tire design, center of gravity, turning behavior, and soil condition influence whether the mower can repeat the climb without wheel spin.

Measure the difficult section, not the average lawn

Test the steepest representative area early in the return period and avoid placing virtual boundaries where a traction loss could send the mower toward a drop or water.

We give more weight to property fit than to feature count.
