Multi-zone mowing depends on both software and property connectivity. A mower can support many virtual zones on paper but still be inconvenient if gates, driveways, steps, or narrow passages prevent autonomous travel between them.

Map support is not the same as autonomous access
Check whether every zone can be reached without carrying the mower. Steps, locked gates, gravel strips, and public sidewalks can break an otherwise good multi-zone setup.

Prioritize editing tools for complex properties
The more zones you have, the more valuable easy boundary editing, no-go areas, and schedule controls become. Poor software compounds setup friction.
